RE/DONE accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for domestic orders, while international returns must be initiated manually.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the request process.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
